WMSPA Board has negotiated discounted room rates for Attendees up to (3) days prior and (3) days post July 14th event date, based on availability. If you have issue reserving your rooms with the website reservation link – please work directly with our Hotel contacts: Sophie Schoen (208-391-2041) or Amy Frump (208-391-2049), be sure to mention the WMSPA Annual Meeting to receive the discounted room rates.
If for any reason your travel plans change and you have booked a room, please send an email to lbergman@texascom.com before cancelling your hotel room reservation. This will allow him to re-assign your reservation to another member without losing the space in our room block, as we anticipate all rooms will be filled.
